Blood Corridor: Part 3

“Ladies and Gentlemen of Wayne state University…” a megaphone amplifies a voice of a police officer. The voice booms down Cass Corridor. “There is a very important seminar going on over in the matthaei building. They are giving out free scholarships, talking about lower tuition and giving out free Venom energy drinks. Wayne State police will be escorting anyone who wants a ride the seminar will begin at noon.”
[BANG, BANG, BANG AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PIKE HOUSE]
“This is the police here to tell you guys about Venom seminar at noon”
[BANG, BANG]
Chuk comes out of the kitchen with a venom can in hand and heads for the door. He puts his hand of the doorknob but before he can turn it a voice tells him no.
“Chuk what are you doing?”
Steve Gutterson comes down the step with a much louder the normal voice
Gutterson just go back to bed man I got this” Chuk says as he turns to open the door. As the door opens Steve kicks the door shut
“No Chuk you know the rules. No cops in the house. Not with out deandre permission.”
“Look Gutterson the cops where just here with Deandre. There is a big ass presentation thing going down today and they just dropped off a shit load of venom.”
“OoOooOo… I want some Venom” Gutterson says with a huge smile on his face
“There some in the kitchen in the fridge” Chuk sees Steve go towards the kitchen “hey but um….real talk tho. You should probably get Deandre for this just incase you know what I’m saying?”
Steve nods and heads to Deandre’s room. He knocks on the door and Deandre opens it up with two cans of venom; one in each hand.
Steve looked in his room. The windows were all covered up. It was dark. Um…yeah what’s up?” Deandre asks
“Oh nothing just some cops showed up at the door and Chuk was gonna let them in I though maybe you should talk to them”
“Yeah you know. I’m kinda got some work I got to do in here and get ready for the party and shit” Deandre looks in his dark room “ I think I’m just gonna stay in here for a while. Feels kind of good in my room. Just do whatever the cops say and don’t cause any trouble” Deandre starts to closes his room and Steve puts his hand in the way.
“But wait a minute. Chuk was talking going to some presentation or something”
“Do it and get anyone in the house to go too”
“But…” but before Steve could say anymore Deandre shut his door in his face.
BROTHERS ASSEMBLE!!! ANY BODY IN THE HOUSE COME DOWNSTAIRS NOW
“Gutterson…just stop…please” chuk says shaking his head
Guys come down the first fast . Zach Barrett , Danny Bassir, Chris O’Corner,and Robert Reaves come down the stairs.
“What the fuck is going on?” Zach asks
Steve was the only one in the Foyer. They all gave him a look of concern. He gave them a look of its out of my hands.
“Chuk talking to some cops out side…some big presentations they giving out scholarships….I’m about to go”
“Where’s Deandre?” Bassir asks
“He is in his room and he said we should go. Scholarships man Scholarships.”
“Hey has anyone seen Tucker he didn’t come back last night”
“Naw I haven’t seen him” Zach responded everyone else shook there heads. Chuk opens the door
“Tucker is a mess he could be anywhere” he finishes the last of his Venom and pulls out another in his pocket.
“so yah ready to go this seminar thing or what?”
“What happen to the cops” Steve asks
“They just left. I’m about to go and retrieve this money real quick yah wanna come?” chuk asked them all
They all give there excuses why not to go
“I mean yah don’t have to go. But…” He started clapping with his hands when his talks“I’m gonna get me some free shit. That’s just stupid not to go. Money is money and yah don’t got money so yah should go get some.”
Quickly they all see that chuk is right and walk out the door
“Damn is it hot or is it me.” He starts putting a shirt on his head Hey what’s up with the drunkin’ trio have they even left their room yet” Chuk asked
“ Naw I think thy just got really wasted and passed out. I didn’t see them at the bar” Robert says “ hun that’s kinda weird. Were the fuck has everyone been lately don’t we have a party?”
“if they are sleeping ill wake them up its not like there dead or something” chuk picks up a white rock and tossed it towards Charlie’s window. The rock knocks against the window hard but doesn’t break the glass.
“I cant even see into there room” Chuk picks up another Rock and tosses it to the window but it was a no go. The room stayed silent. Soon Chuk gave up and the 6 hopped in to a Police van and drove off to Matthaei
The constant banging on the glass with the rock echoed in Marcus mind. He could hear it over and over again. TINK. The rock hit. TINK. Another rock. It made him want to scream. TINK It made him want to shout. TINK
“BAT!!!!!!” Marcus screamed at the top of his lungs. Unaware of what happens he panics. He seachs for clues. I recognized the door. He was in his room. He look down at his shirt Sweat. Lots of it. He felt drained. He felt tired. He felt Hungry. He called out for his roommates.
“Charlie, Jayme Where are you?”
He puts his hand on the table and lifts his body up. He felt so weak. His room was darker than normal. He reached for the lamp. He hit the light. Charlie and Jamie lied on their beds fully clothed as if they had been drinking like there was no tomorrow. After streaching alittle bit he felt easier to move. He walks over to Charlie
“Charlie get up” but Charlie doesn’t move so marcus slaps him
“Charlie get the fuck up Come on this is serious if you are fucking dead Charlie I swear I will fucking kill you”
After one powerful slap Charlie gain conscious
“Wha…..What the fuck is going on? Marcus what the hell?”
“All fuck I’m glad you are alive fuck” Marcus move to Jayme and after a few slaps he wakes up too.
“What the fuck is going on dude… is somebody cooking?” Jayme asks
“I don’t know…im freaking out right now. Literally I’m freaking the fuck out” Marcus said as he sits on the table. “What’s the last thing you guys remember?”
“Shit if I know man….oh wait we drank to the fucking Rat Pack remembers?”
“Oh yeah we did do that. Damn we must have been really hammered man I hope none of us drove did we even make it to the bar?
“Naw I don’t think so man. What happened wait…wait there was this chick remember?” Charlie asked Jamie
“Oh yeah damn that chick was hot as hell man. I wonder where she is at now?...Damn something smells good tho”
“Oh Shit guy” Marcus says with his eyes wider then ever. “Oh shit guys”
“What man What do you know where that chick is” Charlie asks“I totally wanna just fuck her right here right now”
“Don’t be rude yo….but I would totally fuck her to my dude. Do you guys smell that?” Jayme says
Marcus runs his hands on his neck. Two holes lied in the side. ‘Fuck’ was heard underneath his breath
“Hey there is a note here. I totally didn’t even see that” Jamie Picks up the note but Marcus snatches it out of his hands.
“What the fuck Marcus”
“Just hold on a minute ill read it out loud it’s for all three of us anyway”

Happy Birthday I know this is going to seem a little weird but I’ll try to explain what I can briefly. I stayed with you all night make sure you all transformed with ease. I haven’t done that in a while and I felt young again. Now my babies this is going to come as a shock but there is just no way to say this easy. My children you are now vampires. So I would suggest staying out of the sunlight. Also garlic not very good. I would say a wooden steak but I don’t think anyone is trying to kill you. Now that’s that is said and done heres the reason why. Normally I do not care for humans but Roddrick has gotten out of control and I can not stop him. His ambitions to be treated like a god have gone too far. Roddrick has put no thought in the kind of chaos he would put on this world. I prey you will seek help maybe from one of your brothers perhaps. Soon Roddick will kill me I can sense my power on him is getting weaker everyday but he is not my child anymore. You are my new Children now. By night Riddick will have his army. The venom slowly transformed humans in to slaves. Given our powers but they will slowly become one with Roddrick following his every command. You three are the only ones who can not be affected. I have given your President a case of them after I took you three. I know this will make you angry but to be honest with you my children I want to live and you are my only hope. Come to matthaei to save me and humanity, if you don’t hell will be unleashed on this planet starting with your University.

“This is a prank right?” Marcus asks as he passes this note to Jamie. “Like this is a fucking joke right?” He walks back and forth passing. Then he goes to the window. Two giant sheets hung from the ceiling somebody went all out with this” he walks around until something stops him in his tracks. “Shit” Marcus whispers under his voice he covers his mouth and feels 4 sharp fangs. “Oh shit” he whispers again
“If this is a joke its not that funny” Charlie says looking at the note with Jayme. He sniffs the note “ it kinda smells like her too
“Naw man it smells like something else. What the fuck is that smell?”
“It’s him” Marcus said with a serious tone “I don’t think this is any joke
Tucker lied on the couch dead as a doorknob. He eyes and his mouth were open and lifeless. His arms rested to the side and his stomach was torn open. His guts Oozed out on too the floor. They looked upon him more at peace then in horror.
“Shit his dead” Charlie says
“Yes Charlie I fucking see that he is dead” Marcus says “This is one sick joke”
“Hey she wrote something on the back”
“Ps. Your friend tried to hit on me so I hope you all enjoy breakfast.”
“What a women” Charlie says “what are we suppose to do?”
“Is anyone else in the house” Jayme asks Marcus who was closes to the door
Marcus opens the door to the long hallway. Silence was clear in the house. Nobody was home. Marcus turned back and shook his head.
“Fuck man.” Jayme said as he takes a look in the mirror. He could only see his clothes. He was completely invisible in the mirror. He touches his face and his brand new fangs. “This is not good man”
“You can say that again.” He pauses as he looks at Tucker “ he does smell good tho” Charlie words make both Jayme and Marcus turn their heads and give him a stare but Charlie could swear that he saw a smirk appear on Marcus’s face.
